BigHeads are shipped in boxes based on the size ordered that will meet UPS size requirements.
12in and 24in Heads will ship flat in a box.
36in heads will be scored in half, and 47in heads will be scored and folded into quads before shipping. Please see the video linked here for examples.
The scoring process is automated and can not be bypassed upon request.
Our BigHeads are shipped from La Crosse, Wisconsin 54601 using UPS. Not all options are available to all locations. Weekend delivery is not offered. Please do not count weekends, holidays, or the day your order leaves our facility as shipping days.
